Returns & Exchange Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order to us for a refund within 365 days of your purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the date of your purchase. We will not accept returns after this time period.
- Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Product returns will be processed in the form of store credits.
- The customer will pay for return shipping fees.
- Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
- After your return/exchange request is received and approved, we will ask you to ship the product to us. Please select the lowest-cost shipment method with tracking.
- The customer must provide shipment tracking details for the mail back with an image of the shipping receipt
- Once your return/exchange is received, we will inspect the products within 3 business days of receipt.
- When your return is approved, a refund (minus shipping) to original payment will be issued.
- If there are any questions regarding your return, our customer support team will reach out to you for follow-up.
If You Received the Wrong Product
Contact us at email@example.com and send us an image of the item and its packaging. We will do our best to get the right product to you as soon as possible.
